Katherine is very organized. She is reliable and readily accessible, answering any questions or addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
She had a great attitude, checked in often and made sure we were all set for our vacation.
We vacationed to celebrate my daughter's birthday last month. Katherine secretly arranged for the resort staff to make her feel special, and they sang Happy Birthday and brought her a cake during dinner one night. It was a very thoughtful gesture and it brought such joy to my child.

Meticulously coordinated Group Vacation
Good morning I am posting this review looking out the window with 4 inches of snow on the ground wishing I were still in Mexico!!!! We were a group of 8 that Katherine managed effortlessly. Our resort was TRS Coral in Mexico aprox 45 min from the Cancun airport ,all was well with the transfer, and we were met at the reception with champagne ,I would recommend Katherine for all your travel needs!!!! Fantastic vacation don't happen by accident
She was able to accomplish in 24 hours what I had tried to do for months and that was locate and book a reasonably priced vacation for my wife and I. Fantastic vacation by Katherine
I've been planning to get away for some time, two years to be exact. Katherine is a customer of ours, I told her that i was looking at going somewhere warm for the holidays since I knew she was in the business. I was only hoping for suggestions from Katherine because I was afraid that it would be too expensive to book with an agent. I gave her a handful of destinations that we were interested in going to and all the questions we had in regards to visa entrees, passports, currencies, travel insurances, weather for this time of year, and excursions. To my surprise she gave me everything in much detail and helped us in making our decision so much easier. Cuba was amazing! We are ready for our next vacation and we would definitely call Katherine to help us out again.

Honeymoon Celebration
My husband and I recently got back from our honeymoon in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. We stayed at the Grand Bahia Príncipe. It was an amazing resort with great food and amazing service. Katherine helped so much from the beginning of the planning to ensure that we had the best honeymoon ever. She was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to Jamaica as we were first time travellers to Jamaica. When our flight was turned back to Toronto for maintenance issues, Katherine was on the phone right away with Westjet checking on the status of our flight and ensuring that we had transportation to our resort once our flight landed after being delayed several hours. She also helpful in booking our park and fly hotel the day before our flight. Please feel confident booking with Katherine, she is an amazing travel agent who truly cares for her clients.

Katherine was extremely helpful in planning our trip to Nashville. She was always looking for the best flight times, hotel and experiences that would work well for our family. Dream Vacation for our family - DISNEY CRUISE
I have never met anyone so on top of things like Katherine. She caught multiple errors I had made when filling out my information that would have been costly. She thought of details while planning our vacation that I would have never thought of. Any time I had a question she would reply back within minutes every time. Great Experience Despite needing to cancal
When I first contacted Katherine, she got back to me right away. She suggested a few destinations, and sent information on a few resorts. Once we determined St. Lucia as the island we wished to book, she sent through a few more resort options along with her own recommendations. Anytime I emailed her, she got right back to me with answers to my questions. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking and Katherine was very understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to get us our money back, even most of our down payment. I will certainly call Katherine again, should I need to book another trip.

Katherine was over the top when it came to excellence . She was very attentive to everyones needs (there were 10 of us) and strived to accommodate everyones special requests. She sent us on our way with a travel guide and a few extra treats, kept in touch with us during our stay at one of her recommended resorts- the Luxury Grand Bahai Principe, and followed up after the vacation to ensure everything went as planned. The best trip of our lives
It has been a while since we have utilized a travel agent but Katherine was referred to us so we decided to try using an agent this time around for our travel. The question now is........."why not use a travel agent"? ....it is so much more convenient should you have questions about your destination or should you encounter problems with your destination. A memorable anniversary celebration
Katherine is very informative, helpful and patient with us helping to find a vacation when we had little of no experience with Mexico. We appreciated the extras ie, the gift, the contact with the resort regarding our anniversary, and printed information (booklets on various venues).
We were recommended to Katherine by someone at the church who had previously booked a trip. Word of mouth advertising works!!!
We enjoyed the weather, the various speciality restaurants, the pools/beach, the resort and the staff were always very pleasant.
