Working with Katherine Was the best decision I ever made. She made sure that everyone had all of the combinations that they desired. , she saw the sound from start to end and not once and I feel uncomfortable. I will never book a trip by myself. I will forever be in love with how well she did. When we had booked our excursions we had a small problem. That being said when I called Katherine to explain what was going on and what our problem was she took care of it instantaneously. It was a huge relief for me and my family being able to just go on this vacation knowing we were in the best hands possible.

I would say you're extremely wonderful to work with because you truly care about the clients experience. You're extremely thorough and organize and take the time to answer any and all questions a client may have. You're easily accessible if we have questions, especially on the day we leave for our vacation. As well, you go above in beyond for your clients, such as visiting them at home and making sure they know everything about their trips. Overall you're extremely kind and wonderful!!
